SAMYLABS ALBA 500

The ALBA 500 is the most advanced and compact solution in LPBF (Laser Powder Bed Fusion) metal additive manufacturing for industrial environments. It combines power, speed, ergonomics, and ease of use in a single unit. It integrates a powerful 500 W laser and a large square print volume of 250 x 250 x 300 mm, all in a very compact unit that can be moved on wheels and fits through doors. Its new, optimized design reduces handling space around the machine and includes a filtration system with a double filter and bypass that allows uninterrupted filtration, facilitates the cleaning process, reduces gas consumption, and improves the level of inerting. It also incorporates an innovative bidirectional dispensing system that significantly reduces printing time and offers the option of working with reduced-powder batches, ideal for experimenting with new processes.
