Audible Warning Systems for Automotive Sector

My company is expert on audible warning devices. We have been producing electromagnetic, air and electronic horns, backup alarms for OEM and independent aftermarket for 44 years. Also, we have developed a new generation warning devices called AVAS which is used for warning pedestrains in the low speed of Electrical Vehicles.

We have an entegrated production process. We can produce all sub components of horns like metal and plastic parts as in-house. We have a metal forming workshop consisting of exsantric and hydrolic presses in different tonages as 40T,45T, 60T, 110T, 250T. Also we have a plastic injection workshop consisting of horizontal and vertical machines in different tonages as 55T, 130T, 220T, 250T, 280T, 350T, 450T We have ultrasonic welding capability for assembling of plastic parts.

We have design capability of product and process. We have developed all products in our product range and also production processes by ourselves.

We have design center approved by the TC.Ministry of Industry. In recent years, we have gained software and hardware development competence with the electronic component and systems we have developed in our design center.Within the scope of the desing center, we have 8 pcs. R&D projects that carry out in different areas.
