Space Tech Expo Europe B2B Matchmaking 2026
Space Tech Expo Europe (17-19 November 2026) is the largest dedicated space technology trade fair in Europe. The free-to-attend expo and high level conference is Europe's meeting place for space business, technology & innovation and will showcase the latest from technical designers, sub-system suppliers, manufacturers and components through to systems integrators for civil, military and commercial space.
The three-day event will give the European space industry a focused marketplace for the design, manufacturing and testing of spacecraft, satellite, launch vehicle and space-related technologies bringing together engineers, industry leaders, specifiers, buyers, manufacturers and global decision makers from across the entire supply chain.
As part of the trade fair and conference, Enterprise Europe Network Bremen, hosted by the Bremer Aufbau-Bank (BAB) and the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Ports and Transformation, organizes a free matchmaking event for every day during the event! Participants will have the opportunity to:

Hall 5 (J31) at B2B Matchmaking Area 1 (Tables 1-45) and in

Hall 6 (U45) at B2B Matchmaking Area 2 (Tables 46-75).
New in 2026: You can choose if you prefer to meet at a table in the matchmaking area or at an exhibitor's booth.
You must register for free to attend Space Tech Expo Europe to use the B2B Matchmaking Service. Please note that profile activation can take up to 2 business days.

About the B2B matchmaking
For your on-site meetings on 17-19 November 2026 you can create your own personal B2B matchmaking agenda with 20-minute meetings. Your personalized agenda ensures efficient use of time and supports meaningful connections and information exchange. Meetings will be held in two dedicated B2B meetings areas in exhibition halls 5 and 6. Tables 1-45 are located in Hall 5, tables 46-75 in Hall 6. Alternatively, you can choose to meet at an exhibitor's booth.
How does the B2B Matchmaking work?
All participants are automatically registered for 1:1 networking (opt-out possible). To request a meeting, simply browse the list of participants and identify potential matches. You can then send meeting requests, including a short note explaining the purpose of the meeting.
If you choose to meet in one of the matchmaking areas, the meeting will be scheduled at a reserved table once your request is accepted. The table number is assigned automatically and will be displayed in the meeting information.
If you choose to meet at and exhibitor's booth, please use the chat function to agree on the exact meeting location with your meeting partner.
