The DTI Materials Division employs 120 persons who are working to ensure that new, advanced materials solutions are successfully implemented in companies. DTI has Denmark's most sophisticated materials laboratories that are operated as Technological Infrastructures and provide services that enable crucial interaction between the application of new, advanced materials, process technologies and efficient production forms throughout the entire value chain. DTI helps translate high-tech material knowledge into industrial application, and cover bulk materials metals, polymers, ceramics and composites - as well as coating. Over the past five years, DTI have conducted more than 100 material-related R&D projects – many with international participation. In this way, DTI are well-known and established in the European space sector.
