Kikuchi Seiki Co., Ltd. is a Japanese precision manufacturer with over 60 years of experience in aerospace-grade machining. We are JIS Q 9100 certified and have more than 10 years of expertise in designing and manufacturing large aircraft jigs. Since 2021, we have advanced into the space sector, engaging in joint research with domestic universities and contributing to satellite development projects. Our strength lies in a manufacturability-first design approach, reducing rework and shortening development schedules.

Achievements 

Aerospace QMS /  Certified under JIS Q 9100 aerospace quality management system.

Project Experience / For a satellite scheduled to launch in 2026, we designed and manufactured custom vibration test jigs, directly supporting the development project.

**Joint Research / :**Conducted four space-related joint research projects with domestic universities(themes included structural design, testing methods, and manufacturability improvements).

SCS Development /  Ongoing development of the Solid CubeSat Structure (SCS) from 1U to 12U, with several sizes standardized and vibration tested.

Future Roadmap / Planning to expand toward1-meter-class satellite structures, leveraging our expertise in precision machining, including the design and manufacturing of large aircraft jigs up to 8 meters in length.
