Kikuchi Seiki’s Solid CubeSat Structure (SCS) is a monolithic, boltless aluminum frame that offers high rigidity, reduced weight, and easy assembly for CubeSats (1U–12U, scalable to 1M-class). Unlike traditional bolted structures, the SCS is machined from a single aluminum block, minimizing part count, improving stiffness, and simplifying integration. We support custom and semi-custom designs, including early-phase DFM consulting, structural analysis, and vibration testing support.
