My organisation
Agrolinera builds automated, sensor-equipped systems that monitor, trace, and efficiently collect agricultural waste. Our equipment adapts to farms and enables the upcycling of manure and whey into biogas and other high-value byproducts, supporting local development and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
Our solution combines IoT collection devices with a cloud platform. These devices are deployed in farming communities, where we monitor them in real time and coordinate logistics efficiently. This system ensures waste control, traceability, and value enhancement—benefiting biogas plants, farmers, and dairy producers.
We’re looking to generate sales, form local partnerships, and connect with VC funds. We’re also eager to speak with local governments to better understand how our commercial solution can support rural development and address environmental impacts of current farming practices.
About me
Verónica Menéndez Rodríguez is the CEO and COO of Agrolinera, where she leads with a strong background in environmental management and industrial logistics. She holds a degree in Business Administration, a Master’s in Environmental Management from EOI (Escuela de Organización Industrial), and a Master’s in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
Her academic foundation is complemented by hands-on experience in both the private and public sectors:

She began her career in environmental consulting at Novotec-Soluziona, specializing in management systems for industrial environments, internal audits, and training.

At the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), she gained firsthand experience with public policy and waste minimization programs.

Verónica also brings expertise in international logistics, industrial project quality control, and supply chain optimization.
Today, she channels this diverse experience into building sustainable, circular solutions from and for rural communities, blending technical know-how with a strong commitment to impact-driven innovation.
