Niskus Biotec is an Irish based biotechnology company specializing in the development and production of enzymes and high-protein ingredients, leveraging advanced liquid fermentation to cultivate mycelium. The company transforms agricultural byproducts—including brewery and distillery spent grains, fruit, and cereal residues—into valuable food and feed ingredients using modular, energy-efficient fermentation systems designed for sustainability and innovation. Currently piloting  onsite trials with breweries and distilleries to turn their side streams into valuable myco-protein and enzymes, offering sustainable waste solutions and new revenue streams.
