INTECRO Robotics develops advanced robotic welding, cutting and automation solutions for shipbuilding, heavy fabrication and other demanding industrial applications.

For the marine industry, we provide turnkey robotic welding systems for shipyards, including multi-axis gantry solutions for panels, blocks, sub-assemblies and large structural components.

At the core of our shipbuilding offering is BILINCH®, INTECRO's self-programming intelligent robotic welding technology. BILINCH® scans the workpiece, creates its digital representation, identifies weld seams and automatically generates robot programs, significantly reducing the programming effort required for high-mix, low-volume and variable production.

This approach makes robotic welding practical for production environments where part geometries and welding tasks frequently change — a typical challenge in shipbuilding, yacht manufacturing and structural fabrication.
