BILINCH® – Self-Programming Robotic Welding for Shipbuilding & Yacht Manufacturing

BILINCH® is INTECRO’s self-programming robotic welding technology designed for high-mix, low-volume and variable production environments.

The system scans the workpiece, creates its digital representation, identifies weld seams and generates robot programs automatically, significantly reducing the programming effort normally required when part geometries and welding tasks frequently change.

This makes robotic welding more practical for industries where conventional robot programming can become a bottleneck, particularly shipbuilding, yacht and boat manufacturing, structural fabrication and large welded assemblies.
