QNV is an industrial company headquartered in Barcelona, Madrid and Bizkaia, active since 1994, specializing in the design, integration and distribution of high-robustness industrial hardware and software.

We are official distributors, among others, of globally recognized technology manufacturers such as ADLINK (embedded industrial computing), WoMaster (our principal manufacturer for industrial communications), Kontron, ICOP, Cincoze, Cervoz, among others. Our portfolio spans four main areas: industrial computers, data acquisition, industrial communications and embedded AI for industrial vision and predictive maintenance.

Customization as a business model, backed by real cases. We are not a catalogue-based company: we operate as a Technical Service with our own in-house customization engineering, documented in real projects such as custom BIOS replacement on Xeon CPUs for OEM integrators, the design of custom chassis and backplanes to sustain legacy platforms against component obsolescence, or resolving a design defect in naval embedded equipment that had not been recognized by the manufacturer. When a client faces a problem that the standard catalogue cannot solve, we approach it as engineering, not as product sales.

Sector experience backed by direct evidence. Rail (onboard computers and signalling electronics, turnkey systems with unit-by-unit certification), energy and critical hydraulic infrastructure (secure OT networks compliant with IEC 62443 between SCADA and field PLCs), naval (onboard electronics resistant to any mounting orientation), food industry (IP66/IP69K panel PCs for pressure washing and high-temperature environments), large-scale CCTV video surveillance, and agriculture/irrigation infrastructure (multipoint industrial wireless networks).

Moving toward defense and dual-use. Our experience in critical infrastructure — OT cybersecurity under IEC 62443, mission-critical embedded systems, unit-by-unit certified hardware with full traceability — is directly transferable to the defense and dual-use ecosystem. We are seeking to extend this custom engineering capability to integrators and security and defense programs in Catalonia.
