About
DESCRIPTION
The way people live is changing (remote work, multigenerational living, longevity, new household models) and our offer must anticipate this. We already integrate amenities such as community space, coworking, smart lockers, communal door access, booking of shared spaces, green areas or defibrillators, plus services such as supply connections or interior design. We want to go further: to identify which uses, spaces and services residents will demand in the coming years, focusing on the spaces of the development. We are also open to services that add value earlier, during the sales phase and the long construction period our clients go through from purchase to handover.
EXPECTED RESULTS / IMPACT
We want to anticipate residents' future needs and design amenities and services that remain useful and attractive as those needs evolve. We expect to identify emerging uses and services, backed by evidence of demand, seeking an increase in the use of the spaces, clients satisfaction, efficiency in maintenance, and a high degree of novelty compared with the current offering in the Spanish market. Solutions that also improve the customer experience before handover will be valued.
