Digital City Twin: Integrated IoT Management Platform
IT Manager at Bağcılar Municipality
Istanbul, Türkiye
About
We aim to establish a “digital brain” that manages Bağcılar from a single center, based on data-driven decision making. The purpose of this challenge is to build a central “Platform of Platforms” capable of receiving, processing, and interpreting all types of data, regardless of sensor type (such as water pressure, air quality, sound level, vibration, strain, water level, etc.).
Our Ideal Solution Partner:
-
Should have a flexible and scalable IoT platform that can easily integrate with sensors and systems from different manufacturers.
-
Should be able to normalize incoming raw data and correlate different data types to provide a holistic city view (for example, displaying water leakage and human density in the same area on a single map).
-
Should have a powerful rule engine capable of automating complex scenarios, such as: “If the noise level in region X exceeds Y and it is after 10:00 PM, send an alert to team Z.”
This platform will serve as the cornerstone of city management and form the foundation for the smart actions defined in the other challenge.
