By connecting to the existing Wi-Fi network, it detects and analyzes real occupancy patterns, enabling spaces to continuously adapt to the needs of their occupants while reducing energy consumption and CO₂ emissions.

The system recommends actions such as closing underutilized floors during certain weekdays or vacation periods or adjusting HVAC and lighting dynamically (in real time) according to actual usage.

These recommendations are powered by a digital energy model of the building, which quantifies the expected savings of each action in kWh. This ensures that every proposed measure is both objective and actionable, providing a reliable foundation for energy reduction strategies while ensuring compliance with the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD).
