About
SmartSylvan is a pioneering solution for urban climate adaptation: an autonomous, mobile tree unit that combines living greenery with robotics and artificial intelligence. Unlike traditional planting, which is often impossible in dense, infrastructure-heavy city environments, SmartSylvan brings flexible greening directly into public spaces.
Each SmartSylvan unit is equipped with advanced sensors, navigation systems, and an AI control unit. The system actively tracks sunlight, repositions itself throughout the day, and delivers shade and cooling where it is most needed. Integrated environmental sensors monitor soil health, temperature, light, and air quality, enabling data-driven urban climate management.
SmartSylvan provides immediate benefits for heat mitigation, biodiversity, and human comfort in urban areas. Units can be deployed individually or in swarms, forming dynamic “micro-parks” that adapt to changing conditions and usage patterns.
By transforming greening into a mobile, intelligent infrastructure, SmartSylvan creates a scalable path toward cooler, healthier, and more resilient cities.
