Simulation-First Virtual Commissioning & Sim2Real Gap Elimination

Autonomaline Systems Inc. is seeking European manufacturing partners, system integrators, and research institutes to co-develop a SMART Eureka Call 10 proposal focused on simulation-first digital twins for advanced manufacturing.

Project Goal:

Build an end-to-end virtual commissioning pipeline that models dynamic shop floors, stress-tests autonomous fleet behavior under physical and network edge cases, and systematically eliminates Sim2Real integration friction before touching physical factory hardware.

Manufacturing Challenge Addressed:

On-site commissioning of new AGV/AMR fleets traditionally takes months of physical line testing, leading to extended factory downtime, high integration OpEx, and safety risks during trial runs.

What We Bring:

• High-Fidelity Digital Twin Toolchain: Integration of Blender, NVIDIA Omniverse Isaac Sim, and Sensor Reconstruction Kits (SRK) for physics-accurate factory modeling.

• Virtual Edge-Case Testing: Simulating RF dropouts, sensor occlusion, dynamic obstacles, and multi-agent collisions in software.

• Sim2Real Gap Elimination: Engineering out discrepancies between virtual behavior and physical execution to ensure rapid, zero-risk deployment.

• Modular Software Integration: Seamless export of virtual control algorithms directly to physical ROS2/PLC controllers via our Universal Asset Adapter.
