Prof. Paolo Nesi (Male) (https://www.disit.org/nesi ). He is Ph.D, Eng., full professor since 2001,  spent a period in the IBM research labs in Almaden (California). The research skills include artificial intelligence, big data, IoT/WoT, security, privacy/GDPR, distributed systems, cloud, mobility and transport and impact on Environment. Paolo Nesi published more than 400 articles in int. journals and conf., and chair of: IEEE SC2, IEEE ICSM, IEEE ICECCS, etc. and pc member of IEEE ICSE, IEEE ICECCS, IEEE ICSM, IEEE METRICS, etc. Prof. Paolo Nesi is full prof. of Distributed Systems, Big Data Architectures, Security and data Privacy at University of Florence. Prof. Paolo Nesi has been PI of large EC projects: Snap4City, RESOLUTE, ECLAP, AXMEDIS, MOODS, I-MAESTRO, WEDELMUSIC, MUSICNETWORK and, national projects as Sii-Mobility, responsible for UNIFI in many other EC Projects: TOURISMO, Optifaas, Sasuam, CAI4DSA, REPLICATE, MOBIMART, HERITDATA, WEEE, etc.; and of regional projects as Ampere, Soda, Enterprise, Feedback, ICARO, etc. He is a certified expert of FIWARE, has been in MPEG-SMR standard. Prof. Paolo Nesi is chair of DISIT Lab of the University of Florence (https://www.disit.org) and of Snap4City.org/EOSC, is a member of CBDAI , is a committee member of AI PhD-AI, BBC, IFAB, etc. He is responsible for Snap4City action.
