Vuola Consulting SL is a Spanish SME specialising in applied AI, product development and user-centred innovation. We help technology companies, research organisations and European consortia turn emerging technologies into validated, usable and exploitable solutions.

Our contribution combines four capabilities:

• Challenge & product discovery: problem discovery, stakeholder research, Voice of Customer, business and process analysis, use-case definition and product strategy.

• Applied AI & human-centred product development: applied AI, human-AI collaboration, human-in-the-loop systems, requirements and product design.

• Validation & TRL: PoC definition, user and field validation, evidence-based TRL assessment and alignment between technical development, operational needs and adoption.

• Exploitation & adoption: exploitation strategy, route-to-market and alignment between technology, users and business needs.

Relevant European experience includes:

RIVER: Horizon Europe / RFCS Clean Steel Partnership: an 11-partner European project coordinated by CELSA Group, where Alan Menk, Vuola’s senior product lead, designed the RIVER Product Engine and Dual-Track Agile framework for industrial AI and Digital Twins. The framework was adopted by the consortium and presented at ESTEP 2026.

INTECMED: ENI CBC Med: an EU-funded innovation programme focused on technology transfer, incubation and commercialisation. Alan designed the evaluation approach for innovative startup proposals and participated in selecting startups receiving programme support, alongside TRL, PoC and commercialisation activities.

For Smart Agri Connect, Vuola is particularly interested in AI, automation, data-driven solutions, robotics and other technologies that need to move from a technical prototype or pilot towards validated products and real-world adoption.

We are interested in connecting with technology providers, research organisations, agricultural companies and innovation partners where product discovery, user validation, adoption or exploitation can complement existing technical capabilities.
