Smart Agriculture: Validation, TRL & Exploitation Partner for Cluster 6 (2027) Consortia and Pilots

Who we are

Vuola Consulting SL is a Spanish SME based in La Rioja, specialising in product strategy, user-centred innovation, and the validation of AI and digital technologies in European R&D projects.

We complement technical R&D partners by covering the activities that connect promising technologies with real users and adoption: use-case definition, product discovery, user and field validation, TRL evidence, impact assessment and exploitation.

Track record

• RIVER (Horizon Europe / RFCS Clean Steel Partnership): Our product manager designed the Product Engine and Dual-Track Agile framework for an 11-partner industrial AI and Digital Twin project.

• INTECMED (ENI CBC Med): designed the evaluation approach for innovative startup proposals and participated in selecting startups receiving programme support, alongside TRL, PoC and technology-transfer activities.

• smartCARE (EU4Health): product leadership, user research, requirements and validation within a 41-organisation European consortium.

What we are looking for**

1. European R&D consortia: We would like to meet coordinators, RTOs, universities and technology providers preparing Horizon Europe proposals, particularly Cluster 6 2027 calls, where Vuola comes in as the named partner for product discovery, user and field validation, TRL evidence, impact and exploitation.

2. Technology pilots: We would like to connect agricultural companies with real operational challenges and pilot environments with technology providers that have an existing or emerging solution ready for real-world validation. Vuola can define and lead the validation process: user requirements, pilot design, operational testing, user validation, TRL evidence and the route from prototype to adoption.

3. Ongoing projects: We would also like to meet consortia already in implementation that need to strengthen validation, impact or exploitation, either by adding a partner or through a subcontracted work package.

We are particularly interested in AI, intelligent automation, robotics, data-driven agriculture and human-centred digital solutions.

We are based in La Rioja’s agri-food region and are developing relationships with regional innovation and business-support organisations. This can help consortia explore potential pilot sites in the region.
