GROKA offers a versatile range of yellow and red onions as well as shallots in different sizes and quality grades. Our modern sorting technology enables precise sorting by size and weight, allowing us to meet individual customer requirements.

Using advanced infrared technology, the onions are also inspected for internal quality defects. This allows us to detect and remove defects that are not visible from the outside and cannot be reliably identified by conventional optical sorting technology.

Combined with a wide range of packaging options, we can flexibly meet individual requirements regarding sorting, packaging and quality while ensuring consistently high product quality.
