If your welcome email hasn't arrived within 48 hours, simply reset your password. This will activate your account and grant immediate access.

Step 1

Complete your profile

Create a clear, concise profile to raise your visibility on the b2match platform. Describe who you are, what you can offer potential partners, and who you want to meet. Add a pitch, biography, skills, and interests. A strong profile generates significantly more meeting requests.

Step 2

Browse attendee profiles

Visit the Participants list to see who's attending and who's offering promising business opportunities. Use the filters or browse AI powered Top Matches to find the most suitable partners, maximising your chance of valuable connections and successful outcomes.

Step 3

Send & receive meeting requests

Browse participant profiles and send meeting requests to those you'd like to meet. Start conversations early with direct messages, building stronger connections before the event even begins.

Step 4

Manage your schedule

Access your meetings in My Schedule or Meetings to see your full event calendar. For virtual meetings, test your camera and microphone in advance, and please don't be late!

For Exhibitors

Book meetings directly at your stand

Exhibitors can anchor team members to their stand, so every meeting that person takes during SmallSat Europe happens right at the stand. This keeps your stand active and makes it easy for prospects to find you.

Worth knowing before you enable this: an anchored team member will have every meeting placed at your stand. That's ideal for a dedicated stand host, but less suitable for someone who also needs to take meetings elsewhere at the show. Any meeting already booked will need to be rebooked to move its location, so we recommend enabling this early, before calendars start filling up.
