Golfera is an Italian company based in Lavezzola (RA) with over fifty years of experience in the production of cured meats and gastronomic specialties.
The company produces salami, mortadella, cooked and dry-cured hams, sliced products—including organic options—as well as plant-based sliced products and ready meals under the Ben Fatto line.
Among its most iconic products is Golfetta, a “lean” salami wrapped in cloth, which for many years was the best-selling salami in Italy. Golfera combines tradition with innovation, holding BRC and IFS certifications and using advanced technologies such as High Pressure Processing (HPP).
Strongly committed to sustainability, the company uses energy from renewable sources, reduces plastic in its packaging, and prioritizes local suppliers within a 100 km radius.
Golfera operates three production plants in Emilia-Romagna (Lavezzola, San Mauro Pascoli, and Collecchio) and exports to several countries, with a subsidiary also based in the United States.
