Muscat 2022 - Dry

Winemaking:

This wine comes from two varieties: “Muscat d’Alsace” and “Muscat Ottonel” that have different aromatics but whose blend provides an inimitable fruitiness and crunch. After a delicate manual harvest, the grapes are sorted and long-pressed to preserve the aromas before the fermentation of the sugars reveals its acidity. A short aging on fine lees will then structure this complex, expressive, and fresh balance.

Tasting:

This wine is a subtle blend of Muscat Ottonel, with its delicate fruitiness, and Muscat d'Alsace, with its strong aromatic power. Its fragrant, elegant nose is reminiscent of crunchy grapes. On the palate, you will find aromas of fresh fruit and its light and dry character will surprise you.

Food and wine pairing:

It is better enjoyed during a break at the end of the day and is a great aperitif wine. It's also worth trying it with asparagus, artichokes or other vegetable-based dishes.
