Winemaking:

The grapes has been handly harvest and sorted to keep all that aromatic complexe smoked notes of its own.After a long presaging for the whole grapes and a winemaking in stainless steel tank only , the fermentation is stoped to keep an armonius balance between alcohol and sweetness

Tasting Notes :

Its complex nose mix a bit of spice, dry fruits, coffee roast and some smoky notes.Full-bodied and well-structured on the palate, with a slight roundness.With its temper half dry, it’s a heady, opulent and full-bodied wine

Wine and food pairing :

You can taste it with half-cooked foie gras, roast veal in cream sauce, poultry pie or kidney persillade.
