About
We make salamis that are made from different wholesome ingredients like wheat, soybeans, barley, chickpeas, lentils and brown rice. Their great flavour is achieved through a long fermentation and maturing process and by the use of only Hungarian paprika powder and other high-quality herbs and spices.
These salamis can be sliced or sprinkled into sandwiches, paninis, ciabattas, baguettes and tortillas. You will get a rustic meal with a smoky Hungarian twist that will satisfy any gourmet food lover’s tastebuds.
You can also use it to make creams and salsas to spread on bread.
Slice it or sprinkle it on pizzas if you fancy a really special topping, or just simply use it for cooking something delicious. The smoky flavour works well in traditional Hungarian dishes like the goulash but it can also be used in Mexican, Spanish and even Italian recipes too. It adds a great taste to soups as well.
