About

We are the Emergency Disaster Ambulance Physicians Association (AAHD), dedicated to advancing excellence in emergency medical services during disasters and critical incidents. Our members consist of highly skilled physicians and emergency responders who collaborate to develop best practices, provide training, and improve patient outcomes in times of crisis. We believe in the importance of preparedness, rapid response, and innovative solutions to ensure the safety and health of those affected by emergencies. Together, we strive to enhance the emergency medical landscape through advocacy, education, and a commitment to teamwork.

AAHD is a medical end user (first responder) NGO established in 2004, in Turkey and participated to 12 EC Projects as full partner since 2008. ForeSight (Horizon Europe -DRS), TeamAware (H2020-DRS), ASSISTANCE (H2020-DRS), iProcureSecurity PCP (H2020- GM), iProcureSecurity CSA (H2020, GM), NEXES (H2020, DRS), SOTERIA (7th FP, Security), BECAN (7th FP, Health), BeSeCu (7th FP, Security), CRM4EMS and SMS4EMS (ERASMUS + KA220).
