About

ISEMI - International Security and Emergency Management Institute is a non-profit organisation providing publicly beneficial services registered within the Ministry of Interior of the Slovak Republic.

ISEMI is a professional platform of former or active police and national security officers, military, and civil protection and crisis management experts from around the world with necessary security clearance and relevant long-term experiences, mainly in fighting CBRN-E threats and crime and CBRN incident response, as well as in crime prevention, counter-terrorism, the fight against organised crime, environmental crime, trafficking in human beings, cybercrime, and drug smuggling. Team of ISEMI also has broad experience in intelligence analysis, border protection, critical infrastructure protection, countering hybrid threats, rescue and emergency assistance, and health protection, likewise in the field of justice and prosecution.

ISEMI is a part of the Integrated Rescue System of the Slovak Republic, with a focus on the support of LEAs in the investigation of CBRN crime and generally in CBRN/HAZMAT-related incidents.

The National Security Agency has accredited ISEMI to handle classified data at the “EU, NATO Secret level”, and it holds ISO Anti-bribery Certificate 37001-2016.
