Verto is a company that transforms metal in various forms (we have 15 years) . For this we have human resources with high professionalism and "sacrificial spirit".

We have the complete production cycle and at the equipment level we have 3 laser cutting machines (Brand Trumpf), 4 precision bending machines up to 4m (Automation of one bending with a length of 3000mm) and 320 ton (Trumpf brand), cutters, lathes, threading equipment, drilling machines, welding machines (welding robot by FANUC) and painting (liquid ans electrostatic). We were able to do everything inside doors, which we consider an asset in terms of responsiveness and meeting deadlines (our main flag).

We have engineering and development department and quality department with the respective measurement laboratory that allows, in addition to measuring the manufactured parts, calibrate our own measurement equipment.

We work 6days/24hours a week and have certifications, including automotive and aeronautical certification:

• ISO 9001;

• ISO 14001;

• ISO 45001;

• IATF 16949;  

• Welding qualifications:

• Welding Engineer level EWF/IIW;

• Qualified welding procedure (no. PRT-24-B00084 – 141: TIG welding with solid filler material), according to reference codes EN ISO 15614-1:2017 – Level 2+A1:2019;

• Welders qualified according to EN ISO 9606-1:2017.

We currently transform about 5500 Tons/year and with this investment we will increase to 6300 Tons/year (75% Iron, 20% Stainless steel and 5% Al).
