SANA Food & SLOW WINE FAIR 2027

From 21 to 23 February 2027, BolognaFiere becomes the centre state for conscious consumption, quality and sustainable food and wine, two exhibitions, one single integrated B2B experience, creating opportunities for sourcing, networking and business development: 

• SANA Food is the international b2b Exhibition for organic and natural products showcasing a wide range of healthy food solutions for the out-of-home sector, in response to growing demand for more sustainable food choices, 

• Slow Wine Fair, the Event devoted to good, clean and fair wine brings together wineries committed to protecting biodiversity and landscapes while promoting safe and dignified working conditions.

Alongside the main exhibition sectors, dedicated areas will focus on Italian amari and spirits, with the Amaro d'Italia Fair, as well as cider, coffee and other partners across the supply chain. The highlight of this year will be the new partnership between Slow Wine and RAW WINE, welcoming a new lineup of producers who celebrate the commitment to low intervention, organic, biodynamic and natural wines.
