LE SIME PIEMONTE CHARDONNAY D.O.C.

Aged in In French tonneaux for 18 months.

Intense straw-yellow colour, clear and brilliant. The aromatic range is made up of hints of ripe apricot, yellow peach, yellow rose and a slight note of vanilla. On the palate, it presents a good texture followed by notes of tropical fruits and a very long persistence of the taste. The acidity, supported by minerality and flavour, gives the wine a pleasant freshness that recalls maritime pine and genista.

Perfect for appetizers, even elaborate dishes. It goes well with fish and shellfish dishes, white meats and cheese.
