Malvasia Vigna Moglia

Malvasia di Castelnuovo Don Bosco is a rare e distinctive expression of this aromatic variety because there is only two red Malvasia in Italy. Vigna Moglia is a specific historical vineyard for Malvasia grapes. This red, sweet and intensly aromatic wine has fragrant notes of rose petals, red berries, and a delicate almond nuances. On the palate it is soft, lively and harmonius. Malvasia is an extraordinary match with desserts, pastries and traditional backed specialties but for who like gourmet pairing, also with Gorgonzola cheese, aged Pecorino cheese and Blue cheese.
