Grillo 2024
Titolare at Vini Mallia
Pachino, Italy
About
Produced by Terramalia in the coastal area of Pachino, southeastern Sicily, this wine represents a modern and elegant expression of one of Sicily’s most important native white varieties.
The vineyards are trained in traditional Alberello system and rooted in calcareous and sandy soils, strongly influenced by sea breezes and intense Mediterranean sunlight. These conditions enhance aromatic complexity while preserving freshness and balance.
The wine shows a bright straw yellow color with green reflections. On the nose, it reveals aromas of citrus, white peach and tropical fruit, followed by delicate floral and mineral notes.
On the palate, it is fresh, vibrant and well structured, with balanced acidity and a long, clean, mineral finish.
This Grillo expresses the authentic Mediterranean character of the territory, combining freshness, elegance and drinkability.
Food pairing: seafood, grilled fish, shellfish and Mediterranean cuisine.
