Wines from the Colli Tortonesi
Brand Ambasador at Soc. Coop. Valli Unite
Costa Vescovato, Italy
About
Valli Unite produces wines from indigenous grape varieties such as Timorasso, Barbera, Dolcetto, Croatina, Cortese and Favorita, cultivated organically in the hills of the Colli Tortonesi, Piedmont.
Among the whites, San Vito and Derthona, both Colli Tortonesi Timorasso DOC, represent the depth and ageing potential of this historic grape, combining minerality, structure and precision.
For reds, wines such as Gaitu (Colli Tortonesi Barbera DOC) express freshness and vibrancy, with bright acidity and a strong territorial identity.
The range also includes lively bottle-fermented wines like Bruto & The Beast, naturally refermented in bottle, offering freshness, delicate bubbles and an authentic, artisanal character.
Winemaking follows a low-intervention philosophy: spontaneous fermentations, no selected yeasts, no sterile filtration and minimal additives. Each wine reflects the vineyard, the vintage and the cooperative’s commitment to authenticity and place.
