CURTEASE - Amphora Orange Wine

About
Hand-harvest in perforated crates with careful selection of the best bunches of Cortese. The grapes are destemmed and crushed and the must is transferred to terracotta amphorae.
Fermentation started by inoculation of pied de cuve with selected yeasts and maceration on the skins for 7 months. Malolactic fermentation carried out.
Racking and soft pressing in late spring will reveal the Orange soul of this fantastic wine.
Aging for a few months in terracotta amphorae and at least 6 months in the bottle.
Bottled without any filtration and without added sulphites following the Biodynamic Calendar.
Serving temperature: 12 - 14°
