Each one-on-one meeting provides a focused format to explore synergies, align interests, and spark collaboration, whether you're connecting with researchers, startups, investors, or industry leaders.

1. Register for the event

   Click the “Register” button to begin.

2. Create your profile

   Build a concise, compelling profile that highlights:

   • Who you are

   • What you offer

   • Who you’re looking to meet

   Include a short pitch, bio, your skills, and areas of interest. A strong profile increases your visibility and the chances of receiving quality meeting requests.

3. Explore participants

   Browse the attendee list to discover relevant contacts and potential collaborators. Use filters or check your “Top Matches” to find the most promising opportunities based on your objectives. This allows you to maximise your chances of making valuable connections at the event.

4. Send & receive meeting requests and messages

   Browse participant profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to meet during the event. Send out messages to interesting participants to introduce yourself and initiate conversations even before the event to establish stronger connections.

5. My schedule and meetings overview

   Access your meetings in My Schedule or Meetings, where you have your complete schedule for the event, as well as the list of your meetings.
