Integrated Development Academy of Communities

The Academy is a non-governmental, non-profit organization that is created on the basis of professional affiliation and unites scientists, political and public figures.

The main purpose of the Academy is to unite specialists in the field of local governance to promote the implementation of the rule of law principles in state, social and public life based on the provisions of the European Charter and other EU standards, to promote the rule of law, to promote the development of local self-government, economic and spatial development of territorial communities, satisfaction and protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the Academy members.

The scientists of our organization have an experimental model of a plasma unit that can recycle anything without waste. We want to implement this on a larger scale and popularize this technology
