About

Module (station) for deep plasma neutralization and processing of environmentally hazardous industrial, municipal and other wastes.

Module (station) is designed for the creation of waste treatment lines and plants on river and sea vessels, as well as on river-sea vessels.

Module (station) has a modular concept for increasing capacity and flexible performance management.

Module (station) is capable of processing:

- organic waste, highly toxic and hazardous medical waste (syringes, gloves, dressings, organic residues, etc;)

- pesticides and pesticide chemicals, used plastic utensils and containers;

- car tires, wood shavings, any municipal and industrial waste;

- radioactive waste and rocket fuel;

- liquid wastes from the meat and dairy industry;

- liquid wastes of all types of oils, antifreeze, solvents, and oil sludge.

Solid and liquid waste is processed by passing the waste through a stream of low-temperature electric arc plasma with a temperature of up to 5000 °C. The molecules of the liquid and organic matter contained in it dissociate (decompose) into atoms, mainly hydrogen, oxygen, carbon and other impurities (depending on the primary composition), and the atoms turn into ions by detaching peripheral electrons from their nuclei. The plasma flow interacting with the dispersed waste causes physical and chemical reactions.

MAIN TECHNOLOGICAL FEATURES

1. Plasma-forming components are air and water.

2 Waste sorting is not required - the Module (station) processes liquid, crushed and whole solids and mixed (liquid + crushed solids = mixture in the form of a pulp).

3. The degree of waste recycling is 99.9%.

4. Minimum number of technological processes.

5. Ability to process supertoxicants and radioactive waste.

6. Conversion of any waste into valuable marketable products.

7. Disposal of expired or banned pesticides and agrochemicals.

8. Disposal of liquid and solid waste at chemical military plants.

9. In the process of waste processing, the possibility of formation of furans and dioxides, as well as emissions of resins, phenols and other hazardous aerosols is excluded.

10. Complete destruction of any organic, including biological materials, guaranteed destruction of supertoxins, melting and evaporation of refractory inorganic compounds. Destruction of infected medical and bacteriological waste.

11. Complete environmental safety of the processing process and final products.

12. Efficient combustion of low-grade coal and other fuels.
