About
From Ecodicta, we are currently developing the Green Fashion Score (GFS) – a digital tool designed to highlight and communicate the sustainability efforts of fashion brands through a visually intuitive scoring system. Our goal is to make sustainability understandable and actionable for consumers, while providing brands with a credible, transparent and easy-to-integrate way to differentiate themselves based on their environmental and social impact.
The GFS acts both as a communication tool and a trust-building mechanism: by transforming technical sustainability data into a clear, engaging visual score, it helps brands increase conversion, visibility and consumer loyalty — especially in marketplaces and multibrand platforms where differentiation is key.
We are now preparing the pilot phase of the tool and are actively looking for brands interested in participating. The pilot will not only include implementation in real retail and e-commerce contexts, but also a scientific validation process in collaboration with the University of Vigo and the University of A Coruña. This collaboration will result in the publication of an academic paper assessing the impact of the GFS on consumer decision-making and brand perception.
We believe this initiative could be of great interest ,either:
-
As a way to support innovation and digitalization for associated brands.
-
Through the co-development of a joint project or funding application, leveraging public or European support for sustainable transformation.
-
As part of existing initiatives like Fashion Forward or other MODACC-backed programs focused on competitiveness and sustainability.
We would love to explore possible synergies and are open to adapt the pilot scope depending on the strategic priorities and the profile of the participating brands.
