Syniparxis Org is a Greek non-profit civil society organisation working in the fields of sustainable development, public awareness, citizen participation, social innovation and environmental communication. The organisation develops and supports initiatives that bring together citizens, public authorities, academia, civil society and other stakeholders to address contemporary environmental and social challenges. Its activities include knowledge dissemination, stakeholder engagement, awareness-raising campaigns, participatory processes, capacity building, networking and the organisation of collaborative actions and events. Syniparxis places particular emphasis on translating sustainability concepts into practical initiatives that encourage citizen participation and behavioural change. Within RIVCircular, Syniparxis aims to contribute as a Knowledge Dissemination Organisation, supporting public awareness, citizen and stakeholder engagement, communication and dissemination, pilot participation, capacity building and the wider replication and uptake of circular economy solutions. The organisation is particularly interested in digital approaches that can help citizens better understand and actively participate in circular economy practices
I am a sustainable development professional with a background in economics, environmental policy, project management and science and technology studies. I hold a degree in Economy and Sustainable Development from Harokopio University of Athens, a Minor in Philosophy from The American College of Greece, and a Master’s degree in Science, Technology, Society from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
Professionally, I work in consulting, supporting the design and implementation of projects and programmes for businesses, organisations and institutional stakeholders, with a focus on strategic planning, sustainability and partnership development.
I am also Co-Founder and Development, Funding & European Programmes Coordinator at Syniparxis Org, where I contribute to project design, European funding proposals and the development of new collaborations. My main interests include sustainable local development, environmental policy, youth participation, civil society engagement and circular economy initiatives.
We are seeking RIVCircular partners for a Topic 5 project developing a digital platform for circular economy awareness, citizen engagement, reuse, circular incentives and measurable environmental impact.
