The Regional Development Fund of Central Macedonia (RDF CM) was instituted in 1997 and is supervised by the Ministry of Interior. It is a Private – Law Legal Entity and is administered by the nine-member Management Board. The President of the Board is the Governor of Central Macedonia. RDF CM supports the development process in the Region of Central Macedonia.
Mrs Kiskini holds a degree of Architecture from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, and a MA in Environment and Energy Studies (distinction) from Architectural Association London, United Kingdom.

Mrs Kiskini have over 15 years’ experience in the submission, implementation and monitoring of projects funded by European Territorial Cooperation Programmes - INTERREG (INTERREG EUROPE, MED, ADRION, etc.) and European initiatives (HORIZON, LIFE). Sustainability is one of the her main interests. She a member of the Network “Innovation In the Public Sector” of the Ministry of Interior.
She enjoys being part of a European network of policy makers, public officers, researchers, citizens, entrepreneurs, cooperating and exchanging knowledge in order to bring European Values into practice.
The Regional Development Fund of Central Macedonia has long been actively involved in initiatives that support the transition to a circular economy across multiple sectors at the local, regional, and international level.
