Our mission is to enable innovative alliances and develop concrete project-based solutions to advance climate neutrality and circular economy goals. To date, more than 40 innovation projects have been implemented in collaboration with over 20 corporate partners. Climate Lab also works closely with Federal Ministries and implements projects as a centre for the circular economy commissioned by the former Federal Ministry of Climate Action (BMK), which is anchored in Austria's circular economy strategy. Our focus areas include decarbonisation, mobility, construction, and housing, as well as the transition to a circular economy and the creation of green jobs. We have participated in and co-led numerous circularity projects, and worked on topics such as circular business models for office furniture, B2B textile recycling, CO2-reduced construction materials, circular design and product development, recycling and recovery of secondary raw materials and integration of AI in circular construction. We have deep expertise in participatory and solution-oriented innovation methods, multi-stakeholder facilitation, and communication. We also offer tailor-made event formats for climate innovators that want to actively engage with climate issues. We are experienced in facilitating a public-private dialogue, community building, development and implementation of innovation programs, interdisciplinary cooperation, prototyping and experimentation as well as developing and testing use cases and applications.
