I am a European Project Manager at the Instituto de Investigación de Tecnologías para la Sostenibilidad (ITPS–URJC), a research institute created to become a reference in innovative, science‑based solutions for a more sustainable future. Our work addresses major environmental, social and industrial challenges through areas such as renewable energies, resource efficiency, circular materials and clean technologies.

My role covers the full life‑cycle management of EU‑funded projects:

• Budget control, financial reporting and justification according to EU regulations.

• Coordination of international consortia and collaboration dynamics.

• Liaison with the European Commission and funding bodies.

• Planning, monitoring and follow‑up of activities, milestones and deliverables.

• Risk identification and mitigation to ensure timely and successful project implementation.

I use platforms like B2Match to explore collaboration opportunities, connect ITPS research groups with potential partners, and contribute to building strong and impactful European innovation ecosystems.
