At Icatalist, we are a research and consulting firm committed to driving the transition toward a more sustainable, resilient, and equitable future. With over a decade of experience, we work at the intersection of science, innovation, and public policy to address the environmental and social challenges of our time. We believe in taking action that generates real impact. Our work is grounded in scientific knowledge and supported by technological and methodological innovation, applied through a cross-cutting and holistic approach. We do not only adapt to climate change—we act as agents of transformation. Through tools and solutions that rethink adaptation, we accelerate meaningful change. We assess the sustainability performance of systems, products, services, and processes across two strategic areas: Territory: water, soil, air, and biodiversity, Built environment: cities and buildings We provide the technical basis for the sustainable development of products, services, processes, and investments, aligning our work with the European Union taxonomy and other international frameworks. We also promote environmental awareness and active citizenship through innovative education. Our methodologies combine technology and play-based learning to foster critical thinking, participatory knowledge acquisition, and empowered decision-making. Our mission is to contribute to nature conservation, environmental protection, climate change adaptation, and the construction of a fairer and more inclusive society.

About me

Mexican architect graduated from the University of Guadalajara. She obtained a Master’s degree in Geodetic Engineering and Cartography from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, where she is currently pursuing a PhD in Geomatics Engineering.

In 2024, she earned a certification in Artificial Intelligence from the Samsung Innovation Campus, acquiring expertise in Python programming, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and management of large datasets.

Her architectural background, combined with specialization in geomatics and cartography, has enabled her to develop a multidisciplinary professional and research profile. This skill set facilitates effective collaboration with diverse technical teams, integration of geospatial analysis with urban and architectural frameworks, and a comprehensive understanding of the impact of socioeconomic inequalities on urban and territorial development.

Her current research focuses on urban climate change adaptation, emphasizing the application of geospatial tools for vulnerability assessment and the design of resilience strategies at the territorial scale.
