I began his career in low-level commercial positions in Sumy enterprises. After completing my studies at SumDU, I moved to Kyiv and worked at KNUBA for over 17 years, working his way up from a postgraduate student to a scientific secretary of the Department of Commodity Studies and Commercial Activities in Construction. For a long time I combined work at various universities with business consulting on marketing and sales issues, and from 2015 to 2017 also with scientific work in the Department of Economics, Organization and Construction Management of the State Enterprise “Research Institute of Construction Production” (hereinafter referred to as the State Enterprise “NIDBV”).

I am author and co-author of over 130 published scientific, methodological and regulatory works, including DSTU-N B A.3.1-33:2015 “Guidelines for the preparation and drawing up of contract agreements for the performance of design, survey and construction works”.

I`m co-author of educational publications with the seal of the Ministry of Education and Science: "Microeconomics", "Money and Credit", "Fundamentals of Stock Exchange and Banking", "Marketing Pricing Policy", "Marketing Product Policy", "Marketing Communications", "Energy Efficiency in the Municipal Sector", as well as a series of annual guides on the market of materials for arranging and finishing premises.

Since the beginning of 2017, I left the KNUBA and completely moved into the real sector of the economy as a marketer, "salesman" and anti-crisis manager.

Having moved from the KNUBA in 2017 to the position of Head of the Analytical Department of the State Enterprise "Engineering Center "Sushka" of the Institute of Technical Thermophysics of the Academy of Sciences of Ukraine", I made a significant contribution to the promotion of new technologies for effective heating in the production of building materials and products, as well as modern technologies for electric heating of buildings (together with PTK LLC "Agromat").

In 2017-2018, I successfully headed the State Enterprise "NIIBV", ensuring a significant reduction in overhead costs, transforming a number of unprofitable self-financing units into profitable ones, developing the institute's material base, improving the qualifications of employees and attracting new highly qualified specialists.

Then, in 2018, having moved to the State Enterprise "Ukrainian Scientific Research and Design Institute of Building Materials and Products "NIIBV" (hereinafter referred to as the State Enterprise "NIIBV"), within a short time I ensured the stabilization of the financial condition of the institute and the preservation of its potential in the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic and martial law. He personally contributes to the introduction of building materials and technologies of ecological construction (in particular, hemp-lime materials for construction and internal insulation of buildings), recycling of demolition waste into building materials and products, construction 3-D printing, etc.

In 2024, in connection with the transfer of the State Enterprise "NIIBMV" to the State Fund for State Medical Research and Development and its subsequent privatization, I moved to the State Enterprise "NIRI" as the Head of the Conformity Assessment Center - Head of the Product and Personnel Certification Bodies engaged in the certification of construction products and personnel in the field of civil and transport construction, as well as certification of the performance of work on the installation of horizontal road markings and the elimination of potholes in the road surface of highways, as well as the production of asphalt concrete / cement concrete mixtures, bitumen emulsions, road signs, plastics and paints.

In one year of work, I ensured:

- Expansion of the scope of accreditation of personnel OS in the specialties of "Consulting Engineer (Construction)" and "Technical Supervision Engineer (Construction).

- Elimination of 41 NAAU remarks during the accreditation of product OS, with the entry into a new stage of accreditation, which could not be reached for 3 years;

- Conducting NAAU surveillance of 7 specialties in personnel OS;

- Conducting NAAU surveillance of 8 product groups in product OS.

- Established timely and high-quality implementation of all conformity assessment work, persistently improved his qualifications, constantly improved the methods and QMS of product and personnel certification and production certification, created the necessary opportunities for professional and career growth of subordinates, took an active part in the international and scientific activities of the Institute, constantly looked for new opportunities for the development of the unit.

In 2024 I joined the UCAT-3D team and led the interaction with educational institutions and the development of a mixture composition for 3-D printing using building demolition waste and plant fibers.
