Pyrolysis energy optimisation — SME partner sought for GreenMantis Open Call

GREENWIN LLC (Ukraine) operates a continuous screw pyrolysis reactor RGS-1000 processing end-of-life tyres into recovered carbon black, pyrolysis oil and syngas. The system runs 24/7 at 1 t/h capacity and is partially energy self-sufficient through captured syngas. Current TRL: 7. We are looking for an EU-based SME partner to jointly apply under the GreenMantis Open Call (SMP-COSME Eurocluster, deadline 20 May 2026). Project goal: integrate waste heat recovery technology (ORC, heat exchangers or similar) into our operating pyrolysis line to convert excess thermal energy into electricity or process heat. Target: reduce external energy dependency by 40-60% and improve overall energy efficiency of the recycling operation. Partner profile covers SME with proven technology or prototype (TRL 6+) in waste heat recovery, ORC systems, or thermochemical energy optimisation. Must be registered in a different EU/associated country than Ukraine and in a different NACE sector (D, J or M). We offer operational pyrolysis facility for real-condition pilot testing, technical data on thermal flows and syngas composition and access to the Ukrainian circular economy market.
