GreenCarbon Lab
About
The GreenCarbon Lab (GCL) is an RTD infrastructure that serves to investigat bioraffinery concepts for the production of sustainable carbon products.
The GCL consists of:
-
TGA-MS (input mg / batch)
-
Single particle reactor (input g / batch)
-
(Fixed bed) lab-scale reactor (input x00 g / batch)
-
Lab-scale pyrolysis plant (input x kg/h)
-
electrically heated rotary kiln
-
three temperature zones
-
pyrolysis temperature: 200 - 1.100 °C
-
variable residence time and defined gas atmospheres
-
-
Pilot-scale pyrolysis plant (input ~100 kg/h)
- double-screw concept
