INNOECA, Advanced Electrocoagulation system, a second chance for water.
About
A unique electrocoagulation and electrooxidation system that allows:
- Electrocoagulation is an electrochemical process in which colloidal matter in wastewater is grouped together using compounds obtained from the dissolution of an anode, enabling its separation from the water using conventional techniques.
It is an efficient process and does not require the addition of chemical reagents but rather the application of an electric current passing through the electrodes.
- Advanced oxidation processes (AOPs) are technologies that include chemical, electrochemical, photochemical, photocatalytic, and photoelectrochemical methods. Their common denominator is the production of hydroxyl radicals (OH+).
The implementation of an Advanced Electrocoagulation (ECA in Spanish) system, which enhances the electrooxidation effect, adds those of the most relevant oxidative systems to the effects of conventional electrocoagulation.
