CetraC has developed a high-speed switching technology (10Gb backbone) 100% hardware (in other words, we work with finite state machines). This technology, which comes from the aircraft manufacturing industry, has three types of properties : Safety: Easier certification for airworthiness, up to DO254 DAL A, Frugality: Saves weight and reduces energy consumption (hardware does what is usually done by computers), Cybersecurity “by design” and cyber resilience propertiesCyber-security: we natively segregate data, Cyber resilience: the behavior of the device cannot be modified from remote In addition to these main characteristics, the hardware gives us interesting features Switching capacity of around 40 Gbps, Latency as low as 2μs, Determinism, Low heat dissipation We provide Switches, Multi-protocol and/or multi-level gateways, Network access cards / end-systems, Remote data concentrators, Data diodesSimple, With return channel for TCP, Hybrid: we are launching a very nice device, with IP translation and improved return path, for which we got EU funding Our devices are also capable of performing a number of operations Encrypt, Filter (which allows them to act as a firewall role, Aggregate data, Convert protocols (we currently handle fifteen of them, including the main aeronautical and military protocols (Ethernet, AFDX, TSN, 1553, ARINC429, CAN, CAN FD, etc.) We work on FPGA (Intel, Xilinx, Microsemi…), Asic We mainly customize and deliver IPs (for embedded), COTS (for OT) We export 80 to 90% of our turnover.
