The Regional Decarbonization and Energy Efficiency Offices Network is a nationwide initiative developed under the coordination of the State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine (SAEE)
Our mission is to bridge the gap between Ukraine’s local reconstruction needs and international expertise, technologies and financing opportunities.
The Network serves as a practical regional entry point for international partners seeking to support Ukraine’s green recovery. We work closely with municipalities, regional authorities, businesses, financial institutions and international organisations to identify local needs, facilitate project development and connect stakeholders with relevant financing mechanisms.
Our priority areas include energy efficiency, distributed renewable energy, district heating modernisation, municipal energy planning, decarbonisation and energy resilience, with particular attention to frontline and war-affected communities.
At ReBuild Ukraine 2026, we are looking to establish partnerships with international organisations, donors, investors, technology providers and companies interested in developing and implementing sustainable energy and reconstruction projects across Ukraine.
We welcome opportunities for cooperation, knowledge exchange, joint initiatives and pilot projects that can deliver measurable results for Ukrainian communities.
