We provide two core services: Systems Coordination — We integrate architectural, structural, and MEP models into a fully coordinated federated BIM model. Our team performs comprehensive model reviews, identifies geometric and technical conflicts, conducts clash detection, and develops practical engineering solutions rather than simply reporting problems. We coordinate projects in Autodesk Revit and provide advanced 3D coordination for AutoCAD-based projects without requiring a complete redesign or additional software investment. BIM Management — We establish and manage the Common Data Environment, user access, permissions, file structures, information exchange, and project standards. We develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP), support compliance with ISO 19650 principles, coordinate communication between project participants, and maintain clear control over models, revisions, and coordination decisions. Our workflow combines engineering expertise, parametric 3D modeling, cloud collaboration, and transparent data-driven management. Through platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, Forma, and BIM 360, project teams can access current models, reports, and deliverables in one controlled environment. Following each coordination cycle, we provide construction-ready outputs, including a coordinated federated model, floor plans and sections, and detailed Clash Detection and Resolution Reports. These reports document identified issues, agreed solutions, responsible disciplines, and project decisions, giving developers and project managers complete visibility.
